, patrocina este gran evento literario en Internet, poniendo a disposición del Certamen su infraestructura y recursos humanos para propiciar la celebración de charlas y entrevistas en la extensa red de usuarios que componen IRC-Hispano.
La Asociación Canal Literatura que promueve y estimula la lectura y la creación literaria, está muy vinculada a Internet y las nuevas tecnologías. Formada por socios y colaboradores de toda España que se reúnen en el canal temático del mismo nombre de
IRC-Hispano (la mayor red de conversación en tiempo real de habla hispana).
